With whom? With all bodies engaged in preventing HIV and drug addiction. Our partners are international organisations, public institutions and local authorities, as well as NGOs.

Organisations and institutions financing initiatives supported by the Programme:
Programme functions on the cost-sharing principle, i.e. the costs are shared with other institutions which agreed to co-finance the activities. These resources and means from the UNDP budget are then divided among NGOs and public institutions which qualified for financing.
